BRANCH MANAGER (FULL TIME)

About The Role

We are a young & dynamic team looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals like us.

In your role, you will be assumed to be skilled in managing diverse operations for multiple outlets and responsible for the overall success of effective collaboration and attainment of goals aligned to the company's strategic plans.

Day To Day Responsibilities:

Operations

  • Responsible for Inventory Management of assigned outlets
  • Oversee and ensure smooth operations of assigned outlets
  • Responsible for POS SKU updates and overall data management
  • Responsible for all delivery apps SKU updates and overall data and sales management
  • Ensures Manpower Scheduling is within forecasted budget range
  • Maintain and uphold the retail outlets image and hygiene standards at all times
  • Ensure consistency of product presentation, display and branding by checking the outlook and quality of the products, menu and all marketing promotional displays
  • Responsible and accountable for the day-to-day operations and development of the business activities with internal stakeholders and external customers
  • Responsible for the overall maintenance of assigned outlets
  • Lead the sales floor and drive store results

Manpower

  • Responsible for administrative process for all staff onboarding alongside with HR Department
  • Handles “On Job Training Orientation” for both new Full-Timers and Part-Timers
  • Develop and maintain operational training framework and SOP
  • Assist and conduct sales training for Service Management Team
  • Evaluate new staff performance after OJT phase
  • Ensures that SOPs are being carried out by all staff member
  • Manage manpower cost in your assigned outlets
  • Resolve employees’ concerns and conflicts when required
  • Sets challenging goals for self and team member, provides timely performance feedback and ensures accountability for each direct managers and staff

Management

  • Review and ensure outlets’ Month-end administration and submission is timely and accurately
  • Ensure stores perform daily sales deposit, shift control, inventory ordering, petty cash reimbursement and other tasks in accordance to standards; timely and consistently
  • Review all assigned outlets’ reports on a daily and weekly basis, and identify problems and suggest improvement measures
  • Identify sales and market trend for analysis and projections
  • Identify growth opportunities and recommend profitable plans to ensure sustainable sales growt

About You:

  • At least 2 years in F&B Service industry
  • Able to commit on weekends
  • Good working attitude
  • Able to communicate fluently in English

Day To Day Responsibilities:

  • Greet and attend to walk-ins 
  • Take orders in POS system, serve customers, and clear tables 
  • Provide excellent F&B service to guests 
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries 
  • Maintain a high level of customer service 
  • Package food and beverages for sale. 
  • Adhering to all food safety regulations and quality controls. 
  • Ensure and maintain store and personal hygiene 
  • Monitor stock levels and assist in ordering 
  • Provide insights and formulate sales strategies for the outlet assigned
  • Manage the manpower cycle (Hiring, Scheduling, Training)
  • Any other adhoc tasks directed by the management

As the Head Chef/Assistant Head Chef, you will manage daily food preparation, ensure the highest quality of food production and implementation of menus which are designed to deliver innovative, safe food which meet market / customer needs.

 

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Manage restaurant operations such as kitchen and stewarding is supervised to achieve profitability.

  • Involvement in preparation of annual operating budgets and forecasts.
  • Ensure that the restaurant’s overall operational budgets are strictly adhered to.
  • Responsible for Selection, training and mentoring of the culinary team.

  • Ensure that all food items and dishes are prepared according to standard recipe whilst maintaining portion control and minimizing waste.
  • Ensure that inventories of consumable stock levels are at sufficient quantity and quality in relevance to the restaurant occupancy forecasts.
  • Involvement in R&D for new menu and dishes.
  • Ensure that weekly work schedule is administered and executed properly.
  • Setting a high standard of food quality, food preparation, presentation, and service standards.
  • Ensure hygiene & cleanliness of the food and kitchen operations at industry standards.
  • Demonstrate and ensure the awareness of occupational health and safely policies and procedures and ensure all procedures are conducted safely in accordance with the legislations.
  • Second in charge of the restaurant’s operations
  • Ensure that the kitchen operates in a timely way that maintain quality standards.
  • Responsible for hot and/or cold kitchen food preparations
  • Ensure maintenance of hygiene & cleanliness of the food and kitchen
  • Assist and support any other relevant business duties and responsibilities assigned.
